9 am to 2 pm
Hello everyone. The Great Community Yard Sale to benefit LLNA will be held on June 11th 2016 on the town land at the corner of Lake Drive and Lake Shore. Hours will be from 9am to 2pm.
LLNA is planning to have a lemonade stand, a bake sale, and a plant sale at the event as well. Anyone in the Long Lake neighborhood is welcome to participate! The following are the options:
1. Through donation only: you may donate stuff, bake sale items, or plants to the LLNA sale. You don't have to notify us, just bring your items to the LLNA plot the morning of the sale before 8:30am. It would be a big help if the items already had a price sticker on them at the time of donation.
2. Participation by donation to LLNA of one or more of the items listed above in order to have your own plot on the Town land: LLNA and Friends of the Library will do the advertising. Please supply your own table(s) if needed. Also, if you have any leftovers, you are responsible for disposing of it at the end. Because we all know having your own sale takes much effort, we want to be able to make sure there will be room for you, so please contact me and let us know by Monday June 7th if you plan to claim your own plot. We will not be assigning spaces; rather we will let you choose a space when you arrive that morning. When you call or email your interest we will give you more logistical details.
Please spread the word!
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks,
Anna Mayor
President, LLNA
